I called and spoke to the service manager (I apologize I didn’t catch his name) about a potential recall on my vehicle. He had a pleasant voice and was kind, courteous and helpful in assisting me. He then transferred me over to Sharon. Sharon was so kind and helpful to me about taking information down for me to get my vehicle appraised then I was able to make an appointment to come down to get a free appraisal. When I arrived I was greeted by Sharon and another sales agent lady. I was offered beverage and pop corn. The location was clean, great lighting and overall pleasant to be in. I bought my dream Jeep Wrangler Sport with the folks at Younker Mitsubishi. I appreciate the attention of the sales manager and others who helped me with my purchase. A dream come true! Addendum, I highly recommend salesman, Clyde McKnight if you are looking for a customer service-oriented man to help you with a car purchase. John M took very good care of me when I walked in the dealer ship. Looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Told me no lies and worked with me on getting the truck I really wanted. Him and his team gave me better than fair offer on my trade in and worked back and forth with the bank to get me the best interest rate and loan possible until i was happy. I felt zero pressure from these people here and with confidence would recommend Yonker Mitsubishi, don't let the small dealer ship fool you, bigger doesn't always mean better. Paul did a great job helping us out today. He took a lot of time to help us with our needs, and didn't pressure us to buy. He was just a good person! Awesome place to buy a car at. John - the salesman (I think the manager is also John) was great. He helped to get me a car, and was polite, not pushy, and listened. During the test drive, he truly wanted me to test everything about the car to make sure everything was sound and was something I wanted. I had a number in mind, and they were willing (and able) to get it down close to where I was comfortable with, no haggling (which was a pleasant surprise). A couple small details about the car were easily fixed. The main paperwork was handled at their Nissan branch down the road, and they were equally as helpful and kind. Everything from start to finish was awesome, and it only took a total of about 2 hours. I was actively looking, but wasn't planning on buying this specific car, but everything was great and checked out, so here I am writing this review about 6 weeks and about 1000 miles later. I can comfortably say that this was a great experience and deserve a full 5 of 5 stars!
